  • When will I receive my order?

  • –After seller send out your package, you will receive the goods in the promised delivery time. There is the estimated delivery time and shipping information shown on the logistics page (by clicking ‘Track Order’ button on the order list page).Note: the estimated delivery time will be updated based on the newest logistics information.

  • How long does it take to ship after payment?

  • -After successful payment, the shipment will be sent within 48 hours,

  • Why the order status shows “Payment being verified” after payment?

  • —There will be payment verification process in system to guarantee your payment safety. Normally, the payment will be processed within 30 minutes. When during the payment peak, some orders may also need more time. If your payment is still being verified, this means our system is still processing your payment, please check order status later. Thank you for your patience and understanding on this and we sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience caused.

    For some certain payment methods, it will need more time to process, generally speaking:
    ① 95% orders will be verified within 3 hours
    ② 99.99% orders will be verified within 24 hours as normal process
    ③ For SOFORT_BANKING payment method: it takes around 6 days to get approved normally.

  • Why is there no tracking information after shipment?

–After seller sends out the order, it usually takes 11 days at most for the tracking information to be updated.
So, please be patient to wait for updates of the tracking information.
